When The Endless Summer was released in 1966, nobody could predict the impact it would have — inspiring a generation of would-be surfers, and instilling a sense of wanderlust in the hearts of a generation. From Florida to Fiji, surfers, anglers and beachcombers dreamed of perfect bluebird days, and chasing a feeling that’s not attainable in any indoor setting.
